2. Membership Types

ABC Learning offers two types of memberships:

  • Free Membership: Provides access to any course for a trial period of two days. After this period, access to courses will expire unless a paid membership is purchased.
  • All Access Membership: Provides unlimited access to all current and future courses for a monthly fee of NZD $10.

All Access Membership Policy

  • The All Access Membership is for use by one child or one individual.
  • Each additional family member must register for their own All Access Membership to access courses.

3. Fair Use Policy

To ensure a positive experience for all users, our services are subject to a Fair Use Policy:

  • Free memberships are limited to one trial per course, per child.
  • Misuse of trial periods (e.g., creating multiple accounts to gain extended free access) is prohibited.
  • Excessive downloading or distribution of materials without authorization may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Use of Website and Content

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the site without prior written permission.
  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website’s functionality or security.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

  • All Access Membership fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Additional family members require their own membership to access courses and resources.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ABC Learning’s website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials, is the intellectual property of ABC Learning unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal information. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
